		<description>lindsay: thanks for your input. Yes, I&#039;ve spent some time preparing cause I didn&#039;t want to crash on marathon day. The problems I had that day weren&#039;t due to nutrition so much as overwhelming heat and (as I&#039;m just finding out now) my structural alignment.
