Putting yourself under the sun in an ample amount of time necessitates a sunblock indeed. As discussed here, you need to be aware of the locations you are to put your sunblock because even myself I dont also want to burn my eyes.

The weather is unpredictable so it is true that being ready for weather changes is better than finding yourself all soaked out or freezing for you havent prepared enough for such a sudden weather change.

A new pair of running shoes! Every one especially runners would really want to have one everytime! The feeling of running with a new pair gives more motivation for you to run more and finish the track all throughout.

For me, the sound of nature is one of the most soothing and comforting forms of music ever made. So, what a great suggestion to take a detour on your usual music lines and listen to the one wonderful music that is being made by nature herself.

i love the idea of leaving the headphones at home and taking in all the scenery. sunscreen is also a huge tip, although i tend to forget/be too lazy and then i get awesome tan lines. i know i need to get better at it. thanks for the tips and reminders!
