    Hey this is GREAT. I am a newbie to your blog and love it. You are truly an inspiration. I wanted you to know that my wife is also Deaf and she has what is called Retina Pigmentosa.     I’m just getting caught up on my blog reading.

    Great video post! One of the best I’ve come across for tight calves. One more thing to add to your already wonderful list of tips is that sometimes tight calves or calf cramps can also be caused by dehydration and/or not enough electrolytes. To help remedy this is to do everything you so eloquently listed and to get some electrolyte drink in the system. :)
