Great video post!  One of the best I&#039;ve come across for tight calves.  One more thing to add to your already wonderful list of tips is that sometimes tight calves or calf cramps can also be caused by dehydration and/or not enough electrolytes.  To help remedy this is to do everything you so eloquently listed and to get some electrolyte drink in the system. :)
