Thanks for the wonderful marathon experience. After 44 marathons this one ranks at the top spending those miles running with you. As I’ve often told my friends, it’s really about the journey and those special experiences that come along the way, not necessarily about the marathon. Thank you for sharing your story and giving me a peek into your inner strength. I will carry it with me every day I run. Joe

I say third time’s the charm and it’s time to leave on a high note. You can continue to run and enjoy running for the health of it but why stress and strain to do another full marathon. Besides there may be other adventures calling out to you. Love & Light – Mary

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

If you’ll click this link, you’ll find my favorite and most highly recommended pedometer. In fact, we’ve bought several of them for our family and friends. We’ve been using
them for years and other than needing to change the battery once a year or so, they’ve worked flawlessly. Definite thumbs up! Thanks!
