If you’ve been with me since the inception of this blog, you know my Starbucks history and how much I love my Grande Americano from the Starbucks menu . But what I love even more is being able to save 30% on every cup of coffee I order! 

And let me tell you how I do that…

Here’s how:

Costco had Starbucks gift cards:  Buy $100 worth of Starbucks gift cards for only $80!  A savings of 20%. (I haven’t checked to see if they still have them or not, but it’d be worth checking out if you love Starbucks the way I love Starbucks.)

I had just gotten my new Starbucks Gold Card, and the Starbucks Gold Card gives me a 10% discount on all my purchases. So I loaded up my Starbucks Gold Card with the Starbucks gift cards I had gotten at Costco, giving me a total saving of nearly 30% or .62 cents on every $2.20 cup of coffee!   And since I’m not going to be giving up my beloved cup of Starbucks coffee anytime soon, I loaded up my Starbucks Gold card so that I have 6 months worth of drinks on it! Ultimately saving me over $100 in six months.

Gotta love that!
